What is Melatonin?
Melatonin is a natural hormone that is produced in the brain by the pineal gland. It regulates the natural cycle of sleep – waking . In the evening, when sunlight begins to diminish, the pineal gland gradually releases melatonin, which prepares the body for sleep. Melatonin is available in the form of a nutritional supplement that has the same qualities as the natural substance produced by the human body.

How does Melatonin work?
